Welcome to the Canadian College of Foot Health Practitioners
The foot health practitioner is a person qualified to provide prevention, diagnosis and treatment of disorders of the foot, ankle and lower extremity.
The Canadian College of Foot Health Practitioners offers a comprehensive and rigorous program leading to an opportunity to work in the field of foot health.
In Canada, the prevalence of predisposing factors of foot disorders such as obesity, diabetes and median age of population, has increased substantially, but unfortunately there are not enough professionals to meet the foot health care needs of people.
Our mission is to train and support qualified and competent foot health practitioners to serve the needs of health care of population.
